Pet MTX and Floor Art Placement

Pets that wander through your picture and how to place around them.
The same ideas apply in Path of Exile 1 and Path of Exile 2 unless a step says otherwise.
Spend with a purpose
Cosmetic purchases in Path of Exile are optional. Favour decorations challenge rewards and careful layout already create a strong hideout. Shop MTX should amplify a plan you already like, not replace learning the decoration cap and import flow.
Before you buy
Check whether the piece is hideout-only, character-only or both. Read the decoration list on any generated art so you know which paid items an import expects. If you want art without shop pieces, disable them in the generator options.
